現在再簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下萬(wàn)能試驗機（如電子萬(wàn)能試驗機，液壓萬(wàn)能試驗機）的保養維護方法，用戶(hù)可以仔細閱讀，這都是我們在多年的生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售中總結的經(jīng)驗，首先主機的保養有機器所配的夾具應涂上防銹油保管；鑲鋼板與襯板接觸的滑動(dòng)面、襯板上的燕尾槽面應保持清潔，定期涂一層薄的MoS2 潤滑脂;4、定期檢查鉗口部位的螺釘，如發(fā)現松動(dòng)，及時(shí)擰緊;定期檢查鏈輪的傳動(dòng)情況，如發(fā)現有松動(dòng)，請將張緊輪重新張緊;由于液壓萬(wàn)能試驗機的鉗口經(jīng)常使用，容易磨損，氧化皮太多時(shí)，容易導致小活塞損傷漏油，所以鉗口處應經(jīng)常打掃，保持清潔;

其次油源也要很好的維護保養，還有控制系統定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線(xiàn)是否接觸良好，如有松動(dòng)，應及時(shí)緊固;試驗后若有一段較長(cháng)的時(shí)間不用機器時(shí)，關(guān)閉控制器和電腦;控制器上的接口為一一對應，插錯接口可能對設備造成損壞;插拔控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。
